Use and maintenance of high-pressure ball valve during the running-in period:
1. Know the structure, performance, use environment and other specific reasons of the valve before putting it into production;
2. Pay attention to limiting the working load of the high-pressure ball valve during the running-in period, generally not exceeding 70% of its rated working load, to prevent the valve from malfunctioning due to long-term continuous operation;
3. During the running-in period, pay attention to frequent observations. If there is any abnormality, stop and eliminate it in time. If the cause is not found and the fault is not eliminated, the operation should be stopped;
4. Pay attention to check the tightness of the valve. Pay attention to the direction of valve rotation when connecting to the power supply;
5. Keep the valve body and accessories clean, adjust and tighten loose parts in time to prevent the loose parts from aggravating the wear of the parts or causing the parts to be lost;
6. At the end of the running-in period, do a good job of inspection and adjustment, and pay attention to the degree of wear of the sealing surface. If problems are found, they should be repaired and replaced in time.
