4G IoT valve controller
The system shown here is IOT (Internet Of Things) based motorised operated valve system which can effectively control the water supply. The controller is programmed which communicate with IOT protocol and connect with Ethernet or WIFI shield to operate the motorised valve at particular time interval in different areas, the control room person has to operate the overall operation using android application from an android mobile. As per the requirement the main pump operates and a microcontroller turns on the particular area, the water now flows through motorised valve and supplies water to particular area. After the particular timed operation the next area moterised ball valve will trigger.
1、Remote control by Mobile phone or PC computer
2、Control the valve position by percentage
3、Irrigation water capacity setting, to control water consumption
4、 Malfunction warning、water shortage warning(work with flow meter),low power warning etc,to provide secure user experience
5、 When it start watering, the real-time feedback of consumption and time will reflect on the App(work with flow meter)
6、Power supply solution: powered by solar panel+18650 batteries,green and environment-friendly

10、 When the Internet is cut, the controller will keep watering according to schedule once the timing program is set.
